How it works

Connect your wallet that holds your legacy MERC position.

Approve legacy MERC
In your connected wallet, approve the legacy MERC request. This is a standard token approval and costs gas.

Exchange
Confirm the exchange in your wallet.

Receive new MERC
Your legacy MERC will automatically be withdrawn and replaced with a one for one amount of the current MERC token.

The exchange is all or nothing: the full eligible balance moves in one transaction. The approval and the exchange each cost Ethereum gas, paid by the holder. Liquid Mercury can pause the exchange contract at any time; a paused exchange contract rejects transactions without taking any tokens.
